I have a naturally curious and critical mind. My brain soaks up interesting facts and they burst out during conversations. I love a good meeting of minds—being challenged and inspired by the people I work with.

I've spent a decade designing experiences, facilitating learning, and building communities where people think better together—so I know what the messy reality of creative work looks like, not just the theory. I co-founded Treehouse Tribe co-working, created The Empathy Game (25,000+ copies sold in 3 languages). I've taught design at university and worked with organisations who want their teams to collaborate with genuine care.

What I've learned through all of it: real transformation doesn't happen in isolation. Whether it's a community finding its rhythm, a team discovering clarity, or two people thinking out loud, the best work emerges when we create space for real connection.

I believe we can be serious about our work without being serious all the time. Laughter and joy always have a place with me.
